This one size fits all beauty is from a vintage quilt that has blues, lavender, pinks and yellows.  It is trimmed with yellow binding, cuffed sleeves and hastwo patch pockets one on the inside and one on the outside.  It has no closure so it can easily blend with your wardrobe much like a blazer would.
