Children with a head circumference of 19" or less will be ready for some fun in the sun.  Hat will be sold with an elastic strip and a sliding silicone stop to allow for fitting.  Green, gray, white and black are colors in both sides of the design.  Wash and tumble dry.  For extra warm days, dip the hat in water and put on for a cooling effect.
